This project was an emulation of a photographer that has captured my interest in the class and from my sister who had told me about Andy Warhol as an inspiration to her. I really enjoyed his polaroid series that explored manufactured art and I recreated a self portrait reflecting of my dark style as well as Andy Warhol’s style.

This photo set was part of a modeling project that taught me to be more open and get out of my comfort zone. This assignment challenged me to find a model and to create interesting lighting for a photo collection. This harsh bright light is inspired by film photographers and early cigarette advertisements.
