The Kinetic Typography assignment proved very useful for my professional skills. This project was fascinating to work on, for years I had watched lyric videos for artists I admired and wondered how these were made? Dana is a fantastic professor that detailed the process and let me explore and make my own lyric video for a song I love.

This animation was insanely difficult and required a full drawing of each and every frame. I rotoscoped a scene from Lost In Translation, one of my favorite movies and picked a fun scene. This assignment was challenging but taught me some serious work ethic and improved my drawing ability with a tablet.

This video was my favorite film assignment I worked on. This was one of my most creative projects I have created, I rigged a tripod to the back of a truck I had at the time and filmed my main character, Daniel sitting in the back of the truck while I drove through a city. I emphasized light and motion in this film and created something meaningful and special. This film taught me that you can derive your own meaning from your art.
